Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to all residents, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Security and Safety: Verify all visitors, suppliers, and contractors, maintaining a secure and safe environment for all residents.
- Building Maintenance: Conduct regular building checks, logging and reporting any maintenance required through the correct channels.
- Health and Safety: Adhere to health and safety, fire, and bomb threat procedures, ensuring the well-being of all residents.
- Communication: Ensure strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to deal with guests/residents' concerns or complaints.
- Reporting: Complete operational reports and handovers, reporting any operational issues to the appropriate manager.
Requirements:
- Experience: Experience in the highest level of customer service, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional results.
