What We Offer
  • Competitive OTE: £28,000 - £33,000
  • Basic Salary: up to £23,500
  • Unlimited career progression opportunities

About the Talent Scout Role

The Talent Scout is a key role within our organization, responsible for identifying and attracting top talent to our clients. As a Talent Scout, you will be the face of our business, working closely with clients to understand their needs and delivering exceptional results. You will be responsible for:

  • Building relationships with clients and candidates
  • Developing and executing recruitment strategies
  • Managing the interview process and delivering pitches to clients
  • Utilizing our rec-tech and marketing-tech to set up conversations with candidates
