The Talent Scout will play a crucial role in delivering solutions to our expanding client base. This role involves building relationships with great people and helping them secure new roles within our client companies. The ideal candidate will be happy to spend time on the phone/video, chatting with people about job opportunities and managing the interview process.
The Talent Scout will also be responsible for utilizing our recruitment technology and marketing tools to set up conversations with potential candidates. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role, as well as the ability to work well in a team environment.
Career Progression OpportunitiesAs a Talent Scout, you will have the opportunity to progress to a Talent Partner role, where you will work closely with clients to deliver tailored solutions. Alternatively, you may choose to pursue a Sales career path, bringing in new business and delivering pitches to clients.
