Key Responsibilities:- Assess patients in their own homes or alternative care settings to identify their continence and urology needs.
- Collaborate with our nationwide sales team to identify new referral opportunities and develop commercial strategies for our healthcare products and services.
- Promote our home delivery service to patients and healthcare professionals.
- Educate and train healthcare providers on the proper use of our products and services.
- Support care homes by offering educational sessions for staff and conducting ongoing reviews of resident needs.
- Qualified Registered General Nurse (RGN) with an active NMC Pin.
- Proven experience as a clinical nurse with a solid understanding of clinical best practices.
- Strong business acumen and ability to communicate effectively with patients, healthcare professionals, and business stakeholders.
- Previous experience in a commercial role within the healthcare industry.
- Experience working independently in the community.
