About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team at Sciensus Pharma Services Limited. As a Specialist Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality nursing care to patients in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer a range of IV therapies as specified in patient care plans, ensuring safe and high-quality nursing care.
  • Conduct holistic clinical assessments to identify patients' needs and develop personalized care plans.
  • Build strong relationships with patients, stakeholders, and support networks to facilitate treatment and recovery.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Maintain accurate and contemporaneous clinical records, adhering to regulatory requirements.
