Job Title: Clinical Assessor - Nurse Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced nurse to join our team as a Clinical Assessor - Nurse Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting clinical assessments for the Victims' Payment Scheme, working closely with applicants and healthcare professionals to gather relevant information and evidence.

Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct clinical assessments for the Victims' Payment Scheme
* Gather relevant information and evidence from applicants and healthcare professionals
* Analyze and interpret clinical information and evidence
* Compile comprehensive reports to support the Victims' Payment Board's decision-making

Requirements:
* Minimum of 2 years' post-registration experience
* Fully registered with the NMC
* Demonstrable background in mental health or psychiatric specialty
* Ability to work at pace, set boundaries, and manage conversations
* Ability to relate to people from diverse backgrounds and cultures
* Strong report writing skills and ability to use IT systems
