About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Sciensus Pharma Services Limited. As a Clinical Nurse Specialist, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care in the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer a range of IV therapies as specified in patient care plans, ensuring safe and effective treatment.
  • Conduct holistic clinical assessments to identify patient needs and develop personalized care plans.
  • Build strong relationships with patients, stakeholders, and support networks to facilitate treatment and recovery.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
  • Maintain accurate and contemporaneous clinical records, adhering to regulatory requirements and standards.
Requirements
  • Registered General Nurse with experience in IV device care and administration of IV therapies.
  • Experience in conducting holistic clinical assessments and developing patient care plans.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on patient-centered care.
  • Compliance with regulatory requirements, including NMC standards and HAH policies.
