About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our team at Clinical Selection. As a Clinical Nurse Specialist, you will be responsible for providing expert care to patients with urological needs in the community.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess patients in their own homes or alternative care settings to identify their continence and urology needs.
- Collaborate with our sales team to identify new referral opportunities and develop commercial strategies for healthcare products and services.
- Promote our home delivery service to patients and healthcare professionals.
- Educate and train healthcare providers on the proper use of products and services.
- Support care homes by providing educational sessions for staff and conducting ongoing reviews of resident needs.
- Effectively manage your own caseload of referrals and prioritize according to clinical need.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration between clinical and commercial teams.
- Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and trends, and complete all mandatory training.
- Be willing to travel across the country as needed and attend team meetings.
Requirements
- Qualified Registered General Nurse (RGN) with an active NMC Pin.
- Proven experience as a clinical nurse with a solid understanding of clinical best practices.
- Strong business acumen and ability to communicate effectively with patients, healthcare professionals, and business stakeholders.
- Previous experience in a commercial role within the healthcare industry.
- Experience working independently in the community.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and processes in healthcare.
- Full Clean Driving License.
- Proficiency in computer systems and software, including Microsoft Office.
