Job Title: Human Resources Advisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Advisor to join our team at NHS Scotland. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a vital role in supporting our line managers and employees across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide general HR support to specific Directorates and cross-cover as required.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with NHS Scotland's policies and procedures.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters, including employee relations, recruitment, and talent management.
  • Work closely with line managers to resolve employee relations issues and provide coaching and development opportunities.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of workforce planning strategies to meet the needs of the organization.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in HR operations, employee relations, and talent management.
  • Strong knowledge of NHS Scotland's policies and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
