PR Manager – Corporate Communication

Quest Search & Selection is partnering with a luxury multi-brand retail business that prides itself on working with some of the world's largest, global branded and own-label Beauty, Fashion, and Home companies.

The role of PR Manager – Corporate Communication is responsible for developing and implementing the company's corporate PR strategy within both external and internal communication policies.

The role will report to the Senior PR & Communication Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Senior PR Manager to craft messaging for external communications and ensure the successful delivery of corporate business announcements.
  • Partner with the communications team to plan and execute key business milestones, including company results.
  • Assist in managing the Group's Communications Calendar and proactively identify new opportunities for the executive team.
  • Work closely with relevant stakeholders to maintain a smooth flow of information (including financial results) throughout the organisation.
  • Coordinate with the People team to align internal and external communication strategies.
  • Develop long-term communication strategies in partnership with external corporate PR advisors.
  • Develop and maintain a well-established network of journalists and industry peers.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a PR or communications role at an officer, executive, or manager level.
  • Relevant agency or retail experience working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience supporting the communication of financial results is advantageous.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
  • A business-oriented mindset with a solid understanding of UK M&A and financial results.
