SAP HR/PY Functional Consultant Opportunity

Crimson is seeking an experienced SAP HR/PY Functional Consultant to support the setup of new payroll systems for a leading client in the West Midlands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Extensive SAP HR/PY experience with strong expertise in payroll modules
  • Strong SAP ABAP and Debugging experience, including configuration, integration, and troubleshooting
  • Customize and modify the SAP Payroll/HR module to meet specific business requirements
  • Collaborate with HR and IT teams to ensure seamless integration and data exchange across systems
  • Partner with HR and business stakeholders to gather and evaluate payroll-related requirements
  • Assist the testing team by developing test plans and conducting unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
  • Provide ongoing support to end-users and resolve any defects in a timely manner
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation of configurations, processes, and user guides for payroll operations
  • Ensure that payroll processes comply with legal and regulatory standards

About the Role:

This is a hybrid role, requiring 1-2 days per week on-site, with the remaining time spent working remotely. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP HR, especially within the Payroll modules, and have strong experience with SAP ABAP and Debugging.
