SAP HR/PY Functional Consultant Opportunity

Crimson is seeking an experienced SAP HR/PY Functional Consultant to join our client's team in the West Midlands. As a key member of the payroll team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of payroll processes within the SAP system.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Extensive experience with SAP HR/PY, with a strong focus on payroll modules and configuration.
  • Expertise in SAP ABAP and debugging, including configuration, integration, and troubleshooting.
  • Collaboration with HR and IT teams to optimize payroll processes and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
  • Customization and modification of the SAP Payroll/HR module to meet specific business requirements.
  • Partnership with HR and business stakeholders to gather and evaluate payroll-related requirements.
  • Assistance with testing and validation of system functionality, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Provision of ongoing support to end-users, addressing payroll-related issues and resolving defects in a timely manner.
  • Creation and maintenance of detailed documentation of configurations, processes, and user guides for payroll operations.
