SAP HR/PY Functional Consultant

Crimson is seeking an experienced SAP HR/PY Functional Consultant to join our client's team in the West Midlands. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP HR, particularly in the Payroll modules, and experience with SAP ABAP and Debugging.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customise and modify the SAP Payroll/HR module and Configuration updates to meet specific business requirements.
  • Collaborate with other SAP modules to ensure seamless integration and data exchange across systems.
  • Partner with HR and business stakeholders to gather and evaluate payroll-related requirements.
  • Assist the testing team by developing test plans and conducting unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate system functionality.
  • Provide ongoing support to end-users, address payroll-related issues, and resolve any defects in a timely manner.
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation of configurations, processes, and user guides for payroll operations.
  • Ensure that payroll processes comply with legal and regulatory standards.
