About the Job

We are seeking a highly driven and ambitious Business Development Manager/Executive to join our team at Multibrands International Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities across various markets, establishing and maintaining relationships with key clients, and driving sales growth for our innovative products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Research and identify new business opportunities across new markets, growth areas, partnerships, and other ways to reach new and existing markets.
  • Establish and maintain progressive customer relationships with key clients.
  • Develop a deep understanding of current trends and build a successful pitch to drive sales for our FMCG, LED, and techtron brands.
  • Utilize exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients at various seniority levels.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of customer demands and pitch our products to meet those needs.
  • Build relationships with importers, distributors, large wholesalers, multiple retail chain operators, and dealers across the globe.
  • Sell all products from our stable of brands.
  • Support business development through cross-selling, up-selling offers, and campaign promotions to target new and lapsed clients.
  • Deliver across the entire sales journey, from initial conversation to dispatch of goods.
About You:
  • 3+ years of product sales experience is essential.
  • International sales experience is highly valued.
  • Fluency in French, Spanish, German, Mandarin, or Arabic is required.
  • Qualified through experience or industry-related qualification.
  • Highly driven, tenacious, and confident individual with a passion for sales.
  • Extensive business development experience and a strong track record of winning new business and maintaining key accounts.
  • Self-starter, self-motivated, and a team player.
  • Ability to identify current trends and build successful sales pitches based on customer requirements.
