Wholesale Sales Manager - Luxury Contemporary Brand
Fella & Jones is seeking a highly skilled Wholesale Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for maintaining existing accounts and developing new ones, driving business growth and expanding our client base globally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with existing clients to maintain and develop account relationships
- Support the development of selling prices and strategies
- Investigate and plan new product lines or categories to market to customers
- Set and manage selling margins, taking into account direct costs
- Manage debt and payment terms with customers
- Clear invoices and purchase orders in a timely manner
- Increase customer spend through staff training and identifying new opportunities
- Grow customer numbers within the wholesale business while maintaining excellent service
- Manage P&L for sales, delivery, and justify to the Commercial Director
- Ensure the brand is positioned correctly in the market in line with brand strategy
- Develop a deep understanding of the collection and brand ambition
- Expand business by organizing sales meetings
Requirements:
- Demonstrate a proven track record in developing relationships with Buyers and meeting sales targets
- Strong knowledge of the UK and International fashion industry, trends, products, and competitors
- Be a self-starter, motivated, and flexible
- Confidently show and sell the collection in the showroom and on the road
- Strong organization and communication skills, with excellent telephone manner
- Fresh, energetic, and results-driven approach
- Confident and outgoing
- Strong interest in Luxury retail industry and design
This role is ideal for a strong leader with excellent communication skills looking to join a established company with great development potential.
