Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Youth Hub Co-ordinator to join our team at LCVS (Liverpool Charity & Voluntary Services). The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the Liverpool Youth Hub, including the line management of two mentors and a Hub volunteer.

The ideal candidate will have experience of developing partnerships and multi-agency working, with a strong track record of building and maintaining relationships with external partners and organisations. They will also have financial accountability for a small budget and will complete monthly returns and reports to DWP on performance and targets.

The successful candidate must hold a relevant qualification at Level 4 or above and have a strong understanding of the needs of young people in the Liverpool City Region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Co-ordinate all aspects of the Youth Hub, including the management of co-locating partners and activities
  • Line manage two mentors and a Hub volunteer
  • Develop and build on existing links with Jobcentre Plus Advisors
  • Act as a conduit between the Youth Hub and external partners and organisations
  • Complete monthly returns and reports to DWP on performance and targets

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualification at Level 4 or above
  • Experience of developing partnerships and multi-agency working
  • Strong track record of building and maintaining relationships with external partners and organisations
