About the Role

We're seeking a talented UX Designer to play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience of our customer-facing websites. Your mission will be to craft solutions that enhance user journeys, ensuring optimal effectiveness, efficiency, and enjoyment for our customers. This aligns perfectly with our core business objectives.

You'll collaborate closely with the UX team to develop the UX strategy, identify potential pain points, and guarantee that every aspect of the product user experience is guided by a user-centric approach.

This position offers a flexible blend of remote and office work. You'll spend 2 days per week at our Bradford office and enjoy 3 days of remote work from home. You also have the flexibility to choose your working hours, starting anytime between 8 – 10am and working for 7.5 hours each day.

Role Responsibilities

  • Investigate: Delve into user problems through thorough discovery processes, aiming to define usable, appropriate, and valuable solutions.
  • Design: Craft intuitive and engaging user experiences by leveraging your design skills and understanding of user needs.
  • Collaborate: Work closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of designs into the overall product development process.
  • Analyze & Iterate: Continuously analyze user feedback and data to identify areas for improvement and iterate on designs to enhance user satisfaction.
