Job Title: Head of Business Development and Operations

HPRExecutive is seeking an exceptional individual to lead one of their divisions in the energy sector. As a key member of the Divisional Senior Leadership Team, you will be responsible for the overall leadership, strategic direction, and operational performance of the business unit.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive growth and ensure profitability of the business unit
  • Align business unit objectives with company strategic goals
  • Develop and implement operational strategies
  • Oversee daily operations and ensure efficiency and effectiveness
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
  • Develop and manage the business unit's budget
  • Monitor financial performance and make data-driven decisions
  • Establish key performance indicators to track operational performance
Requirements:
  • Commercial and operational experience in a fast-paced, technical manufacturing and service business
  • Extensive contract management experience delivering under strict SLA regimes
  • Extensive commercial experience in a B2B contract-driven environment
  • Proven ability to balance commercial opportunity with operational capability
