Our Client is a market leading environmental organisation. Their energy organisation is seeking an exceptional individual to lead one of their divisions (from a commercial and financial ) position.
As a leading force in the Divisional Senior Leadership Team (SLT) you will be responsible for the overall leadership, strategic direction, and operational performance of the business unit. This role involves driving growth, ensuring profitability, and aligning the business unit’s objectives with the company's overall strategic goals. Success will be assessed and measured on group, business unit & divisional financial performance (revenue & EBITDA), customer & stakeholder feedback, and the successful execution of the division’s targets.

Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with the business unit’s overall objectives
Oversee daily operations and ensure efficiency and effectiveness in all business activities
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
Develop and manage the business unit’s budget
Ensure financial targets are met and drive initiatives to improve profitability
Monitor financial performance and make data-driven decisions
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and evaluate operational performance
Analyse data and metrics to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement
Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and legal requirements
Communicate effectively with all stakeholders & provide regular updates on business performance
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues promptly and professionally
Commercial and operational experience gained within a fast based , technical manufacturing and service business for example fuel, energy, EV or environmental organisation.
Extensive contract management experience delivering for customers under strict SLA regimes
Extensive commercial experience in a B2B contract driven environment
Proven ability to balance commercial opportunity with operational capability while maximising profitability
