2nd Line Support Technician Opportunity

Jago Consultants is seeking an experienced 2nd Line Support Technician to join their team based in Ipswich. As a key member of the technical team, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving IT issues for clients across the East of England and Greater London.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshoot and resolve 2nd line IT support escalations via Zendesk
  • Collaborate with the Technical Director, Service Manager, and 1st & 3rd Line Teams to deliver exceptional service
  • Implement solutions to improve the IT estate of clients and internal projects
  • Continuously develop knowledge and understanding of software and hardware technologies
  • Travel to customer sites as required
  • Configure and resolve issues with O365, Windows computers, Servers, and MACs
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in a 2nd Line Technical position
  • Full UK driving license
  • IT-related qualifications (A level, NVQ, Btec, or Degree) a plus
  • Strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication skills
