The successful candidate will work closely with pupils with Autism and other Special Educational Needs, providing individualized support and care to enable them to reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide general support to pupils in class and during breaks/lunch time
* Assist with personal care and hygiene needs
* Develop and maintain positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents
* Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to create a safe and inclusive learning environment

Requirements:

* Experience working with children with Autism and SEN
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Commitment to providing high-quality support and care
