Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to technical issues via phone, email, and deskside support
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly for customers
  • Record detailed documentation of support issues and resolutions
  • Previous experience with ITSM tools, such as logging, tracking, and managing tickets
  • ITIL knowledge and understanding
  • Knowledge of key vendor products, including VMWare, Microsoft Suite, and M365
  • Proactive attitude and ability to work independently
  • MSP experience is an advantage
