As a Deputy Resort Manager at Miller & Carter Newbury Park, you'll be a key member of our team.

You'll be responsible for supporting the General Manager in the day-to-day running of the business, ensuring that our guests and teams have a great experience.

With a passion for hospitality, you'll be a role model for our team, leading by example and guiding training and development within the team.

You'll be a champion of brand standards, ensuring that our guests and teams are safe at all times.

As a Deputy Resort Manager, you'll have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge, working closely with our General Manager to drive the success of our resort.

What you'll be doing:
  • Supporting the General Manager in the day-to-day running of the business
  • Leading the team to deliver moments that WOW our guests
  • Being a role model and guide for training and development within the team
  • Ensuring guest and team safety at all times
What you'll need:
  • Previous experience and confidence in managing a team
  • A passion for hospitality
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure
