- Qualification as a Registered General Nurse with a current and valid NMC pin number.
- Proven management experience within a care home setting.
- Strong clinical skills with an understanding of CQC requirements, Safeguarding of Vulnerable Adults, HSE (Health & Safety Executive) requirements, and other relevant legislation.
- Excellent communication with a positive, flexible, and innovative attitude.
- Well-organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
