About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Deputy Nursery Manager to join our team at Just Kids Daycare. As a key member of our management team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our nursery and providing exceptional care and education to our children.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Management: Work closely with the Nursery Manager to develop and implement policies and procedures that promote high-quality care and education.
- Staff Supervision and Training: Supervise and train nursery staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver outstanding care and education.
- Operational Management: Maintain a clean and organized nursery environment, ensuring that all areas are safe and accessible for children and staff.
- Team Leadership: Demonstrate excellent leadership skills, motivating and supporting your team to achieve their full potential.
- Communication and Collaboration: Develop and maintain effective relationships with parents, carers, and other stakeholders, ensuring that they are informed and involved in their child's care and education.
Requirements:
- Qualifications: GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
- Experience: Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of EYFS principles and practices.
- Skills: Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday
Salary: £24,500.00-£28,000.00 per year
