Key Responsibilities:

  1. Leadership and Management: Work closely with the Nursery Manager to develop and implement policies and procedures that promote high-quality care and education.
  2. Staff Supervision and Training: Supervise and train nursery staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver outstanding care and education.
  3. Operational Management: Maintain a clean and organized nursery environment, ensuring that all areas are safe and accessible for children and staff.
  4. Team Leadership: Demonstrate excellent leadership skills, motivating and supporting your team to achieve their full potential.
  5. Communication and Collaboration: Develop and maintain effective relationships with parents, carers, and other stakeholders, ensuring that they are informed and involved in their child's care and education.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
  • Experience: Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of EYFS principles and practices.
  • Skills: Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday

Salary: £24,500.00-£28,000.00 per year
