Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team at Lotus Bakeries in St Albans. As a key member of our Natural Foods Team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing administrative support to our Senior Management Team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage office logistics and ensure a safe and healthy working environment
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to maintain office services and facilities
- Assist Senior Management with administrative tasks and projects
- Provide general administrative support to the team
- Develop and implement office procedures and policies
- Manage office supplies and equipment
- Coordinate with HR to support the onboarding process and employee lifecycle
- Address employee queries and concerns related to office management
- Partner with facility management vendors to ensure smooth operations
Requirements
- Previous experience in office management or a related field
- Experience working in a process-driven organization
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and Outlook
- Experience managing heavy diaries, travel, meetings, and events
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and procedures
- Switched on and proactive with a positive attitude
- Highly organized and efficient with excellent communication skills
- Self-motivated and able to work autonomously or as part of a team
