Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Engineer to join our team at Peaple Talent. As a key member of our cybersecurity team, you will play a critical role in identifying security risks and staying current with the latest cybersecurity developments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead investigations and provide technical expertise for all cybersecurity incidents.
  • Offer an escalation path and support the development of team members through coaching and training.
  • Lead projects that positively impact the company, working with cross-functional teams to identify security risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify potential security weaknesses.
  • Collaborate with the IT Infrastructure team, Applications Teams, and IT Helpdesk to ensure the provision and support of security for all IT infrastructure, servers, networks, and communications equipment.
  • Work with the IT Leadership Team to establish security policies and procedures that comply with industry standards and regulations.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with cutting-edge cybersecurity technologies in a collaborative team environment within the manufacturing sector. Primarily based in Acorn House, Highbridge, with travel required to our manufacturing sites in Somerset and Devon.
