Cybersecurity Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Engineer to join our team at Peaple Talent. As a key member of our cybersecurity team, you will play a critical role in identifying and mitigating security risks across our manufacturing business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead investigations and provide technical expertise for all cybersecurity incidents
  • Offer an escalation path and support the development of team members through coaching and training
  • Lead projects that positively impact the company, working with cross-functional teams to identify security risks and develop mitigation strategies
  • Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify potential security weaknesses
  • Collaborate with the IT Infrastructure team, Applications Teams, and IT Helpdesk to ensure the provision and support of security for all IT infrastructure, servers, networks, and communications equipment
  • Work with the IT Leadership Team to establish security policies and procedures that comply with industry standards and regulations

Primarily based in Acorn House, Highbridge, with travel required to our manufacturing sites in Somerset and Devon. This is an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge cybersecurity technologies in a collaborative team environment within the manufacturing sector.
