About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Operations Manager to join our team at Next Employment Ltd. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our regional offices in Surrey.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Resource and manage administrative and support teams across the region
  • Develop and implement effective workflows and turnaround times
  • Coordinate and monitor training programs, continuing professional development (CPD), and professional exams
  • Centralize Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and engagement letters
  • Centralize independence and integrity checks
  • Manage health and safety for offices
  • Liaise with marketing to coordinate and run events
  • Oversee and support project rollouts
  • Report on team performance by region and hub
  • Liaise with the People function for all HR matters across the regions, including the hub
  • Coordinate IT requirements of regions with central IT
  • Manage estates across the hub
  • Coordinate recruitment requirements across the hub with central recruitment
  • Provide compliance support and link to central compliance

About You:

  • Experience in a professional services background
  • Strong experience with stakeholder management
  • A background in either accountancy or finance or similar high-growth industries
  • A good understanding of IT systems and ideally knowledge of accountancy software packages
  • Strong processes and working practices that you can implement across teams
  • Strong project management skills
  • Experience working well under pressure and managing sensitive and confidential information
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong attention to detail

This role is based in Epsom, but you will need to travel to other offices within the Surrey area. You should be a driver, but if not, you are happy to travel on public transport.
