- Undertake quality control procedures and identify areas for improvement.
- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment, ensuring optimal performance.
- Manage personal work activities, ensuring effective use of time and resources.
- Assist in the supervision and training of junior staff, promoting a culture of excellence.
- Maintain a professional portfolio and participate in ongoing professional development.
- HCPC registration as a Biomedical Scientist.
- IBMS-accredited Biomedical Science degree.
- 12 months of UK-based laboratory experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexibly, including out-of-hours shifts.
