Job Title: Solutions Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Solutions Manager to join our Consulting Services division at Blue Yonder. As a Solutions Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of solutions for our clients in various industries. You will analyze clients' business processes, identify areas for improvement, and design and implement solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze clients' business processes and identify areas for improvement
  • Design and implement solutions to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Provide ongoing support to clients to ensure the successful adoption and usage of solutions
  • Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide recommendations
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and new technologies to inform consulting services
  • Mentor and train junior consultants
  • Prepare and deliver presentations on consulting projects to clients and management
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients
  • Manage project budgets and timelines
  • Collaborate with other departments within the company to ensure alignment of project objectives with overall business strategy

Qualifications:

  • Several years of experience in consulting or a related field
  • Strong understanding of technologies such as API's, cloud services, and databases
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong project management skills
  • Experience leading and managing projects or teams
  • Strong business acumen
  • Experience in managing budgets and timelines
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Experience in solution development and implementation
