About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Programme Management or Delivery Management professional to join our team as a Strategic Delivery Manager. As a key member of our organisation, you will be responsible for delivering the portfolio of work associated with The Way We Work.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about creating environments and conditions that empower individuals to try out new solutions to existing challenges. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams across HR, organisational development, corporate strategy, policy and service design, participations and comms, data and research, and resident-facing service delivery to help scope, plan, and deliver great work that the organisation can be proud of.

As a Strategic Delivery Manager, you will champion new and different ways of solving problems, promote inclusive and equitable approaches within delivery, and create a culture of continuous improvement to ensure that teams achieve the outcomes that meet the needs and expectations of both residents and staff in a sustainable way.

Key Responsibilities
