We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Client Relationship Associate to join our growing Relationship Management team at Close Brothers Group. As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in supporting our Client Relationship Managers in delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Your primary responsibilities will include preparing for key client meetings, taking and disseminating meeting minutes, and assisting with the coordination of client Due Diligence responses. You will also be responsible for pulling together client MI and KPI data, supporting the Client Engagement team, and ensuring all processes, procedures, and policies are followed to current regulatory & policy standards.

We are looking for a candidate with excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a genuine passion for pursuing a career within Financial Markets/Technology/financial services. Key Responsibilities
  • Support Client Relationship Managers in preparing for key client meetings
  • Take and disseminate meeting minutes as required
  • Assist with the coordination of client Due Diligence responses
  • Pull together client MI and KPI data
  • Support the Client Engagement team
  • Ensure all processes, procedures, and policies are followed
Requirements
  • Educated to A-Level standard or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a customer/client facing position
  • Genuine passion and enthusiasm for pursuing a career within Financial Markets/Technology/financial services
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proactive attitude and strong work ethic

Company benefits are provided on completion of either six months service, or a successful probation period whichever is sooner.

Entitlement outlined above is in respect of full-time entitlement, and will be provided to part-time workers on a prorate basis in accordance with the relevant scheme rules.
