Key Responsibilities:
1. Exceed client expectations by thoroughly understanding their challenges and providing innovative solutions.
2. Collaborate with Private Bankers to maintain close client contact, developing a comprehensive understanding of their needs.
3. Assist in executing specific account strategies, proposing solutions, and negotiating standard transactions.
4. Support Private Bankers in prospecting activities and deepening existing client relationships.
5. Provide sales assistance to Private Bankers and work alongside product specialists and transaction support teams to implement client decisions and ensure effective follow-up.

Operational Support:
1. Collaborate with On-Boarding and Client Services teams to facilitate account openings, transactions, cash management, and investments, ensuring the completion of necessary documentation.
2. Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory standards.
3. Appropriately assess risk when making business decisions and servicing clients, escalating and managing any risk or control issues.
4. Monitor and adapt to changes in business processes and policies.

Qualifications:
1. Proven experience in a Private Banker support role.
2. Demonstrated experience in a front office environment interacting directly with clients.
3. Extensive knowledge of all Citi Private Bank banking systems, platforms, and capabilities.

Educational Background:
A recognized banking background in front office, investments, and transaction management is essential. A Bachelor’s degree is required, with a Master’s degree preferred.

Financial Integrity:
This will be assessed through comprehensive interviews, self-disclosures, permitted criminal record checks, regulated reference checks, credit checks, and other background screening processes.
