Position Overview:
The Client Relationship Associate plays a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service to Ultra High Net Worth Individuals (UHNWI) in collaboration with Private Bankers.

Key Responsibilities:
# Surpass client expectations by thoroughly understanding their challenges and delivering innovative solutions.
# Collaborate with Private Bankers to maintain close client relationships and develop a comprehensive understanding of their needs.
# Assist in executing tailored account strategies, proposing solutions, and negotiating standard transactions.
# Support Private Bankers in prospecting and deepening existing client relationships.
# Provide sales assistance to Private Bankers and work alongside product specialists and transaction support teams to implement client decisions and ensure effective follow-up.
# Coordinate with On-Boarding and Client Services teams to facilitate account openings, transactions, cash management, and investments, ensuring all required documentation is completed.
Compliance and Risk Management:
Ensure adherence to all legal and regulatory standards.
# Appropriately evaluate risk when making business decisions and servicing clients, escalating and managing any risk or control issues.
# Stay informed and adapt to changes in business processes and policies.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a Private Banker support role, with a background in front office client interactions.
# Extensive knowledge of all CPB banking systems, platforms, and capabilities is essential.
# A recognized banking background in front office, investments, and transaction management is preferred.
# A Bachelor’s degree is required, with a Master’s degree being advantageous.
Financial Integrity:
This will be assessed through comprehensive interviews, self-disclosures, permitted criminal record checks, regulated reference checks, credit checks, and other background screenings.
