Job Summary

Northern Trust Corp. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sustainable Investing Specialist to join our growing global Sustainable Investing Team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support clients in EMEA regions with sustainable investing expertise.
  • Develop and deliver training content on sustainable investing topics to internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Product Group, Compliance, and SI team colleagues to identify and execute new training content.
  • Develop close partnerships with distribution teams to stay informed on SI developments and activities.
  • Contribute to technical working groups and projects to develop new SI capabilities.
  • Provide feedback loop from client engagement to inform the SI product agenda.
  • Active contribution to team projects as required.
Requirements
  • Deepened knowledge on the financial case for ESG integration.
  • Strong relationship building and influencing skills.
  • Nuanced knowledge of ESG data providers and methodologies.
  • In-depth knowledge of portfolio implementation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and PowerPoint skills.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Strong experience in market analysis to support investment trends.
  • Attention to detail with high-quality output.
  • Strong risk management awareness.
