Our Sales team is in search of an outstanding Business Development Executive to join our global network of skilled experts. In this role, you will cultivate strategic business relationships with new clients, enhance client satisfaction, and maximize revenue outcomes for SoftServe, while playing a crucial role in the Business Development team and supporting our go-to-market strategies for the retail sector.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Meeting assigned sales targets within a designated territory by promoting SoftServe's range of professional services and software development solutions.
  • Maintaining accurate pipeline progress and forecasting, along with opportunity management.
  • Identifying and establishing relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations.
  • Leading contract negotiations with clients, collaborating with internal legal and business teams as necessary.
  • Driving SoftServe's sales methodologies and processes, working closely with internal teams (Customer Success, Engagement Management, Marketing, Legal, Finance, Delivery, and Account Management) to successfully close new client contracts in the retail sector.
  • Conducting and participating in Quarterly Business Reviews.
  • Developing a territory and account strategy for the fiscal year, utilizing existing pipeline, targeted account planning, prospecting efforts, and marketing initiatives.
  • Presenting SoftServe's value propositions and service offerings to potential clients.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • A proven individual contributor with aspirations to expand a territory or industry.
  • A sales professional with a successful history of closing deals exceeding $10M.
  • An expert in the field, ideally holding a degree (Master's preferred).
  • Adept at understanding complex business challenges.
  • Knowledgeable in public cloud technologies and relevant platforms.
  • Capable of building and leading cross-functional teams.
  • Experienced with Google Cloud, AWS, Azure, custom application development, IT consulting, eCommerce, Big Data, or digital services in new client accounts within the retail sector.
  • Skilled in all facets of consultative sales and business development, including prospecting, initiation, deal qualification, closure, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Proficient in establishing new accounts and nurturing high-quality relationships rather than adopting a transactional approach.
  • Familiar with diverse services across business development and delivery functions in a complex, highly matrixed professional services environment.
  • Connected with senior-level executives.
