Compensation: Competitive pay rate of £12.00 per hour.


Employment Type: Permanent role with day shifts available.


Position Availability: Both full-time and part-time roles are offered.


Role Overview:
As a Residential Care Assistant, you will collaborate with a dedicated team to uphold the personal care requirements of our residents, ensuring their dignity is respected and their independence is encouraged at all times.

Your responsibilities will include maintaining high standards of client care services, assisting in the care of residents, and engaging in various daily activities within our facility.


Reporting Structure:
Directly reports to the Nurse/Senior Support Worker.


Essential Skills and Qualities:
- A compassionate and patient demeanor.
- Strong communication abilities.
- Capability to perform well under pressure.
- Previous caregiving experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
