Occupational Therapist

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our County Supported Living and Residential Team. As an Occupational Therapist, you will work alongside Assistant Practitioners and Social Workers to review suitable accommodation within Residential and Supported Living settings.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct Housing Needs Assessments to identify suitable accommodation for individuals
- Work with Assistant Practitioners and Social Workers to review and implement care plans
- Collaborate with Commissioning to set up new schemes and ensure they are fit for purpose
