About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Mental Health Adviser to join our multidisciplinary Student Wellbeing Service at the University of Portsmouth.

As a key member of our team, you will provide expert support to students who are experiencing personal, emotional, and mental health challenges. Your primary focus will be on delivering innovative approaches to promote personal, emotional, and mental wellbeing, including individual and group programs.

You will work closely with internal and external partners to promote and enable positive student mental health, ensuring a seamless and supportive experience for our students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert support to students experiencing personal, emotional, and mental health challenges.
  • Develop and deliver innovative approaches to promote personal, emotional, and mental wellbeing.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to promote positive student mental health.
  • Contribute to a positive learning and university experience for students.
