Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to identify patient needs
  • Develop and implement personalized interventions to promote patient well-being
  • Create tailored treatment plans to address patient goals and objectives
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care

Required Qualifications:

  • Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN), Social Worker, or Occupational Therapist
  • Evidence of ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices
  • Qualification to supervise students and provide mentorship
