Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute shopper marketing campaigns: Create and implement shopper marketing strategies that drive sales and brand growth for our clients.
- Manage relationships with key accounts: Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail customers to ensure effective execution of shopper marketing campaigns.
- Lead customer presentations: Present compelling shopper marketing plans to key accounts, aligning with brand and retailer strategies.
- Optimize budget and investment levels: Manage budget and investment levels for shopper marketing campaigns, including monthly financial reviews.
- Develop and lead a team: Guide and develop the Shopper Marketing Exec through all responsibilities and tasks.
Requirements:
- Robust shopper marketing experience: Proven experience in shopper marketing, with a strong understanding of the full shopper journey touchpoints.
- Commercial savvy: High level of commercial awareness and a good grasp of the grocery retail environment.
- Excellent communication and project management skills: Strong communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Strong team player: Confident and capable of operating at all levels, with a can-do attitude and drive for achievement.
