Job Overview
Retail Sales Associate – WHSmith
Contract Type: Permanent
Working hours: 8 hours per week, consisting of two 4-hour shifts spread across a 6-day week, including weekends.
This role includes keyholder responsibilities and involves some independent working, hence all candidates must be of legal age.
Additionally, there is an opportunity for an extra 4 hours per week to cover maternity leave and potential overtime for holiday coverage.
As a Retail Sales Associate, you will deliver outstanding customer service and work either independently or collaboratively to uphold our exceptional store standards. We aim for our customers and staff to feel proud to share their experiences with us.
Key Responsibilities:
Providing exceptional service to all customers. Conducting stock replenishment and ensuring the store remains organized and inviting for shoppers. Maintaining high standards of display and visual merchandising to assist customers in locating products easily. Collaborating with team members and offering support to colleagues.Desired Qualities:
