Retail Sales Associate – WHSmith

Contract Type: Permanent

Working hours: 8 hours per week, consisting of two 4-hour shifts across a 6-day week, including weekends.
This role includes keyholder responsibilities and involves elements of independent working, thus all candidates must be of legal age.
Additionally, there is an opportunity for an extra 4 hours per week to cover maternity leave and potential overtime for holiday coverage.

As a Retail Sales Associate, you will deliver outstanding customer service and work either independently or collaboratively to uphold our excellent store standards. We aim for our customers and team members to feel proud to share their experiences with us.

Key Responsibilities:

Providing exceptional customer service to all patrons. Conducting stock replenishment and ensuring that all areas of the store are neat and welcoming for customers. Maintaining high standards of display and visual merchandising to assist customers in locating products easily. Collaborating with team members and offering support to colleagues.
