Requirements
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Combination of practical and farm business experience, with a deep understanding of DEFRA's subsidies and the Agricultural Transition Period.
  • Previous experience of managing a team and leading projects.
  • Desirable qualifications include FACTS and BASIS certifications.
