You will be tasked with investigating incidents and implementing appropriate measures against offenders. Collaboration with witnesses, victims, and offenders is essential, as is the preparation of documentation and evidence for potential legal proceedings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to reports of Anti-Social Behaviour in accordance with established protocols.
- Provide support to individuals lodging ASB complaints throughout the resolution process.
- Issue relevant legal notices, including Community Protection Warnings and Notices of Seeking Possession.
- Prepare comprehensive Housing Management and Witness Statements.
- Monitor and manage rent arrears effectively, conducting interviews with tenants both at home and in office settings.
- Collaborate with various organizations and departments to address unresolved arrears cases.
Qualifications:
Applicants should possess a solid understanding of current Housing, ASB, and Enforcement Legislation. A minimum of six months' experience in managing and resolving ASB and tenancy breach cases within a housing context is required. Proficiency in preparing witness statements and attending court is also essential.
