Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Anti-Social Behaviour Officer to join our team at G2 Recruitment Group Limited. As an ASB Officer, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of ASB and tenancy fraud matters, investigating and taking appropriate action against perpetrators.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act on reports of Anti-Social Behaviour following the agreed procedure.
  • Support ASB complainants throughout the processing of their complaint.
  • Issue Community Protection Warnings, Community Protection Notices, Notice of Seeking Possession, and Injunctions.
  • Produce Housing Management and Witness Statements.
  • Monitor and recover arrears of rent by carrying out interviews with tenants and sending correspondence.
  • Work with other organisations to resolve outstanding arrears cases.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will also need to have a good understanding of ASB legislation and procedures.
