**Salary: £27,863-£29,000 (pro-rated based on part time hours)**
**Contract: Part Time, Permanent (21 hours a week)**

**About the role**
As an Anti-Social Behaviour Assistant, you will be providing legal administrative support to the specialist ART (anti-social behaviour resolution team), who will manage a caseload of high level complex ASB cases, ensuring we achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction we can.

- Assist the team in meeting and exceeding its objectives in taking ASB intervention/ enforcement action.
- Drafting correspondence, witness statements, schedules of incidents and on behalf of the ART Managers
- Updating teams and systems with information on cases
- Arranging payments to suppliers in relation to ASB action
- Recording costs against cases / teams
- Assisting with preparing cases for hearings, creating the legal bundles needed by the ART Manager
- Represent A2Dominion with internal and external customers, including attending team meetings and working collaboratively with all stakeholders.
- Provide reports on the performance of the team and chase any outstanding actions with the ART specialists.

**More about you**
- Educated to GCSE level or equivalent in English (Grades A*-C)
- Experience in an administrative type of role ideally working in local authority (or something similar.)
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Good IT Knowledge (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ideally Microsoft Dynamics.
- Display resilience to work and does not allow pressure to influence the decision you make, or the work you undertake.
- You are ‘performance focused’ and deliver an excellence customer service to our teams and customers.
