About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at Equans. As a Cleaning Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of cleaners to ensure a high standard of cleanliness across the site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate the cleaning team to achieve high standards of cleanliness
  • Undertake cleaning tasks, both planned and reactive, throughout the building using correct equipment and methods
  • Organise cover for sickness/annual leave
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and COSHH knowledge

Requirements:

  • Experience of industry/public cleaning services
  • Previous experience of supervising a cleaning team in multiple locations
  • COSHH knowledge and ability to instruct others on the use of cleaning materials and equipment
