Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of cleaning contracts, ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service and that our teams are equipped to deliver high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a mixed portfolio of cleaning contracts, including corporate, educational, and commercial sites.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Lead and motivate a team of Supervisors and Operatives, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the skills and resources needed to succeed.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor service delivery and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement business growth strategies, identifying opportunities for expansion and improvement.
- Manage budgets and financial forecasts, ensuring that contracts are profitable and that financial targets are met.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations and legislation.
- Develop and implement training programs to equip teams with the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional service.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of delivering results and growing business.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and teams.
- Strong commercial awareness, with the ability to manage budgets and financial forecasts.
- Experience in managing and developing teams, with a strong focus on leadership and coaching.
- Ability to travel to different client sites on a daily basis, with a clean driving license.
